These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Cleaners Aylesbury ("we", "us", "our") provides cleaning services to you. By booking a clean with us you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you book.
Our services
We provide domestic, deep, end of tenancy and office cleaning in Aylesbury and the surrounding Buckinghamshire area. The exact work to be carried out is agreed with you when you book, usually against a checklist for the type of clean. We will tell you in advance if any part of your request falls outside what we can offer.
Quotes and pricing
- Regular domestic and office cleaning is charged from £17 per hour, with a two-hour minimum per visit.
- Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans are usually quoted per job based on the size and condition of the property.
- Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the property is significantly different on the day, we may need to adjust the time or price, and we will discuss this with you first.
- New customers can claim 20% off their first clean. This applies to the first booking only and cannot be combined with other offers.
Booking and access
When you book, you agree to give us safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water, electricity and any specific instructions we need. If you provide keys or access codes, we will treat them securely and use them only to carry out the agreed work. If we cannot get access on the day, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or a lock-out where we cannot access the property, may be charged to cover the reserved time. Let us know as early as you can and we will always try to be fair.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clean unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when you book. For ongoing regular cleaning, we will agree a payment arrangement with you in advance.
Our satisfaction guarantee
We want you to be happy with every clean. If something has been missed, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. The guarantee covers work that was part of the agreed clean and assumes we are given reasonable access to return.
Insurance and liability
We are fully insured, and our cleaners are vetted before they work in your property. If we cause loss or damage through our negligence, please tell us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve it fairly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that were already faulty or not properly fixed in place. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
Your responsibilities
- Tell us about anything fragile, valuable or that needs special care before we start.
- Secure pets and let us know about any hazards in the property.
- Make sure the information you give us about the property is accurate.
No contracts
We do not tie you into a long-term contract. Regular cleaning continues only for as long as it suits you, and you can pause or stop at any time by letting us know.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies. The latest version will always be shown here with the date it was last updated.
